Is educated as industrial engineer, professional musician on the Academy of Music (Bass-Clarinet), and Master of Science in ECOintention. Since 2010 he has been working freelance at banks, ICT institutions and governmental bodies. He has been a project coach for the 3rd year of the Vocational Training connected to the Center of ECOintention. Before that he worked as a consultant, coach, trainer and training developer in Business Process Management, while being into music as teaching and performing musician. He released some CDs with (meditative) improvisation music (bass-clarinet and saxophones) and likes to be active in the field of meditation and Heartfulness.

As an ECOintention Practitioner sinds 2018 Jorg is engaged in energetic projects from the core of the matter. This is done from a deep trust in the universal principles through source connection. Possibility, Fun an inner urge of clarity and purpose accomodate the journey of innergrowth and connection to a higher consciousness and energetic level.
