Better atmosphere at elementary school
Energizing program at an elementary school with 200 students and 14 teachers. The school was busy in a hefty change process, along with a legacy of negative history from the past. Classrooms did not feel pleasant, there was lack of cooperation between staff and management, and a shortage for years of good qualified teachers. After the energizing program the school has a better way of working and management has more grip on the organization. The energy of the classrooms and playground have increased significantly. There is a deep feeling of togetherness between the management and the personnel. There is a shared vision and a pleasant, safe atmosphere at the school. The shortage of qualified teachers has been transformed by a team of fresh new qualified teachers. According to the management “a well-together-lined school team has been formed in a pleasant structured school atmosphere”.
