Improved communication in medium-sized municipality
Energizing program within the political and administrative organization of a medium-sized municipality in the west of the Netherlands. There were problems with communication, work processes were not efficient and a number of employers felt the aftereffects of the merger of two municipal organizations. After the energizing program there was more openness in communication. Problems were discussed in an earlier stage. Employers who were willing to modernize came forward. Debates in the local council were more constructive.
