New perspective for transport company
New perspective for transport company
Energizing process at a transport company that had entered survival mode. There were problems with dealing with financial setbacks and ability to pay the employees for rendered commitment. There was a clear need for time, financial space and new energy in order to be able to make new plans. The energizing program resulted in financial ease and more private time for the management to evaluate and plan. New collaboration opportunities have been established in a larger context, enabling further future growth. (In co-creation with ECOintention practitioner Jolanda Mul.)
