Energizing program for an installation company of 30 employees, as daughter of a bigger electrics and mechanical engineering company. The company aspired growth to over 90 employees, to increase the revenue three times, to change the way of working and the composition of the teams, and to move to a different location. After the energizing program the company grew to 48 employees. Electronics and mechanical engineering teams have integrated (against all odds in this type of company) and a claim has been made for a piece of land. According to the owner/CEO: “I have never witnessed a growth of a part of my company so mature and with so much ease in one year. It’s also exceptional that teams changed composition and worked differently meanwhile preparing the upcoming move to another location.”
